Say Goodbye 2022 and Hello 2023 - A reflection on the past year.

Looking back on the year 2022 brings back a few mixed emotions, but I am very grateful for where I am on my journey to a better and healthier me. I'm so glad that I acted on the chance to better myself as I hated the person that I became.
But the last 10 months have taught me about patience, perseverance, consistency, willpower, strength, determination, and making good choices, only to mention a few.
I have learned a lot on this journey, and it has made me so excited as a Herbalife Coach to help other women who have the same struggles as I once had.
So I am ready for what the new year has installed. I'm ready to tackle anything that comes my way. 2022 was not smooth sailing. It never is. And I expect 2023 to also have ups and downs, but I am stronger, I am wiser, I am more determined than ever, and I will conquer any obstacle that will come my way.
It is strange how when you feel better within yourself, and when you have more self-confidence, how much better you can deal with things that happen in your life. Have you ever experienced it?
But as we are getting ready to welcome the New Year, reflect on this year and what you are grateful for. Think back to what you have learned, and what obstacles you had to face. Think about mistakes you have made and what helped you get through the difficult times.
I believe that 2023 will be good for all of us. I believe it with all my heart. If you're having a hard time, focus on the good. The more positively we think the better we will feel.
