Don't give up on your weight loss goals this Christmas

Follow these easy tips to stay on track during the holidays.


šŸŽ Prioritize your actions.

You don't have to go overboard with your health goals but instead, just try and stick to your daily needs such as:


  • Hit your daily protein goals

  • Drink enough water

  • Move and stay active

  • Get enough sleep 6-8 hours


šŸŽ When you don't have holiday plans prepare, but find a healthy balance that does not over-restrict you but that will also not cause you to overindulge.


šŸŽ Reach your Protein goals.

If you reach your daily protein intake it will help curb cravings, keep you filling for longer, and help your body get rid of excess weight.


šŸŽ Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Alcohol can dehydrate our bodies so drinking water during this time is very important. Take a bottle of water wherever you go, and have a glass of water for every glass of wine, boosting the electrolytes.


šŸŽ Stay active and move more and you'll feel happier and healthier.


šŸŽ Take a break and relax. Remember to practice self-care and find a good balance between working and resting.
