Don't give up on your weight loss goals this Christmas

Follow these easy tips to stay on track during the holidays.
š Prioritize your actions.
You don't have to go overboard with your health goals but instead, just try and stick to your daily needs such as:
Hit your daily protein goals
Drink enough water
Move and stay active
Get enough sleep 6-8 hours
š When you don't have holiday plans prepare, but find a healthy balance that does not over-restrict you but that will also not cause you to overindulge.
š Reach your Protein goals.
If you reach your daily protein intake it will help curb cravings, keep you filling for longer, and help your body get rid of excess weight.
š Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Alcohol can dehydrate our bodies so drinking water during this time is very important. Take a bottle of water wherever you go, and have a glass of water for every glass of wine, boosting the electrolytes.
š Stay active and move more and you'll feel happier and healthier.
š Take a break and relax. Remember to practice self-care and find a good balance between working and resting.
